01Service Provider
Tilitoimisto Debit Credit (Business ID 3512702-8) provides bookkeeping and financial management services.
02Service Description
Our services include bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, company formation and consulting. The Vaavo platform provides clients with access to their financial data. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
03Pricing
Monthly packages are billed monthly in advance. Additional services are billed based on usage. All prices are exclusive of VAT (ALV) 25.5%.
04Termination
The service can be terminated with one month's notice. After termination, we deliver all bookkeeping materials to the client.
05Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid. We are not liable for indirect damages.
06Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. In case of disputes, the competent court is the Helsinki District Court.
