Frequently asked questions
- Do Debit Credit clients pay separately for Vaavo?
- No. The Vaavo client portal is included in every Debit Credit bookkeeping package, starting with Micro, without a separate Vaavo subscription. The bookkeeping service is paid. Annual work and additional services are charged according to the price list.
- Can I create invoices with the Micro package?
- Yes. In every package you can create and send your own sales invoices in the Vaavo portal. Asking your accountant to prepare an invoice for you is a separate service charged according to the price list.
- Which languages do the accountants and portal support?
- Our accountants communicate in Finnish and Russian. The Vaavo interface and Apuri assistant support Finnish, Russian, English, Estonian and Ukrainian.
- Do bank transactions and completed accounting reports update at the same time?
- Bank transactions and accounting reports are different data. Reports such as the profit and loss statement and balance sheet reflect information processed by the accountant. A new bank transaction does not by itself mean that the corresponding accounting entry has been checked.
